Professional Experience

Joyce joined Sentinel Group in 2020 when Alliance Benefit Group of Michigan was acquired by Sentinel. Prior to working for Sentinel, she worked as a Client Relationship Manager with ABG MI for 14 years.

Exceeding clients’ expectations is Joyce’s passion. As a Senior Consultant in Advisor Channel Consulting, Joyce works closely with Plan Advisors to ensure the best possible outcomes for our mutual clients.

Joyce has been a member of Birmingham Village Players since she was 18. In addition to appearing in over 30 productions, she has served on the Board of Directors and as editor of their newsletter, The Prompter.
