At Sentinel, we have set out to engage one another to do good things for others…everyday. For us, corporate citizenship is not only a privilege, but we believe it’s simply the right thing to do. Starting from the top, our values and behaviors lay the foundation of our company culture as a whole. Simply put, we’re committed to producing positive changes for our people, our clients, and our communities.

Every day, our associates extend our values into their communities. They support causes that are important to them through workplace giving, and Sentinel doubles their impact with matching contributions while also awarding direct grants. Just as important, our associates put in countless hours assisting and leading local nonprofits.

Our employees demonstrate the greatest level of passion and generosity when serving those in need. We support and encourage their efforts to give back through company-sponsored and individual volunteer activities. Everyone at Sentinel is invited to take advantage of a paid day of service each year. This provides resources and direct access to organizations in our community, while also allowing our employees to give back in the way we believe matters most—time.

John A. Carnevale Scholarship

A cause close to our hearts

The John A. Carnevale ’81 Scholarship, established at St. John’s Preparatory School in Danvers, MA, is close to Sentinel's heart. This scholarship will be presented annually to a rising freshman who attends eighth grade at St. John’s.

The recipient will be a student who models leadership, demonstrates care and concern for his classmates, and feels a genuine passion for all that St. John’s Prep has to offer.
