About the role

Sentinel's Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is unique. We've incorporated a rotation component to fully immerse our SDRs into each business unit where you gain first-hand experience alongside sales professionals. This alignment is made in order to help you achieve the goal of becoming a quota carrying Sales Consultant more rapidly. We’re ultimately looking for SDRs to help build and maintain our sales pipeline and to help our cross-functional team work smarter. Reporting to VP, Marketing and collaborating closely with our Marketing team, you’ll source, drive, and build relationships with prospects across key B2B verticals. You'll experience a unique opportunity to develop personal relationships with Senior Management including Vice Presidents and Directors of the firm. You'll be assigned a mentor to help you navigate through the company. The mentor is a senior employee with years of experience and scores of expertise working at Sentinel.

About you

We are looking for friendly, well-spoken SDRs to assist our company in expanding our customer base. The Sales Development Representative's responsibilities include generating potential leads, soliciting potential customers, facilitating sales, and connecting customers with the right salesperson.

To be a successful SDR at Sentinel, you should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. You should also demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines.
