Sentinel Benefits & Financial Group is proud to announce successful completion of the Type 2 SOC 1 Examination.

The examination was performed by an independent CPA firm, Schellman & Company, LLC, in the scope of Health, Welfare, and Retirement Plan Services for the review period of July 1, 2017 – June 30, 2018. 

The controls addressed in a SOC 1 exanination are those that a service organization implements to prevent, or detect and correct, errors or omissions in the information it provides to user entities. 

Sentinel Benefits plans to continue performing this examination in future years.
