Professional Experience

Liz joined Sentinel Benefits & Financial Group in 2006 as a Client Service Representative. Since then she has worked on various teams within Sentinel including new client onboarding and operations. Today, Liz is responsible for executing our strategic vision of providing the best customer experience. She oversees our Retirement Plan Services Team, who works directly with plan sponsors in helping them manage their day-to-day plan administration tasks and meet compliance requirements.
 
Liz believes that through collaboration and innovation we can find the best ways to perform tasks and provide superior service. A promoter of change, she enjoys breaking down processes and building them back up to create efficiency and improve productivity.
